Keep your tooth under our observation. Visit us every 6 months for a check-up and cleaning to maintain your warranty.

Should there be any damage to any restorative treatment provided by us, it will be fixed or replaced free of charge.

Terms & Conditions

We believe in transparency and simplicity. Here is what you need to know.

The warranty is valid for 5 years from the date of completion of the restorative treatment.
In the event of a valid warranty claim, Mirage Dental Clinic will repair or replace the affected restorative treatment free of charge.
To maintain the warranty, patients must complete a professional scaling and regular check-up at Mirage Dental Clinic every 6 months. Failure to do so may void the warranty.
The warranty covers any damage or defects in the restorative treatment provided by Mirage Dental Clinic, subject to normal wear and tear.
The decision to repair or replace the restorative treatment is at the sole discretion of Mirage Dental Clinic.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original patient who received the restorative treatment.
